For your withdrawals, you may be asked to provide some documents that will prove your identity. This is required by our licensee to prevent money loundering and other fraud activities. If Our customer support asks to provide documentation, please take picture of below documents and send it to us by email. Please do not use scan, or edit picture data.
If your address is different from ID, or you do not have address on your ID, please provide documents to prove your address.
If you have deposited by credit card, we may ask you to send copy of credit card. In case our customer support asks you to provide copy of your credit card, please take picture of both side of the card, but hide 8 numbers in the middle (if the card number is 1111-2222-3333-4444, we only want to see as 1111-XXXX-XXXX-4444. Please hide X parts). Please also hide 3 digit CVV2 numbers in the back of the card.
